Where We Go:
We go everywhere in our community, that people show interest in; including shopping, libraries, beaches, parks, gyms, the lake, hiking trails, restaurants, bowling alley, cinema, doctor and dentist visits, attend college and more.
What We Do There:
All activities are based on the interests and preferences of those we serve. Schedules are made by participants to ensure relevance. Activities range from studying classical music to learning to cook and volunteer in the community. Our emphasis is on functional skills, safety and enjoyment! We have fun-on purpose.
Who We Are:
Sarah Davis has been supporting consumers in Lake County for the past 18 years, Supportability has been in Business for 20 years (opened in 2002). She has assembled a great staff, many with years’ experience at
North Coast SUPPORTABILITY. Our staffs are dedicated, well trained and motivated to provide quality services to our consumers. In 1996 Gary Muench had a supported living-group home; brought 4 people out of state hospital and started own day program to serve those 4 clients in home. NCS started in March 2002. Sarah started this work in January 2005 – 18+ years
